okay, so anime movies are coming in large numbers... ill name a few of the ones that i think seem great that are coming (dubbed versions ect)

.hack//Trilogy:
Well, trilogy came out not too long ago in japan, so hopefully it will come out some time next year in the states. ill be looking for a dubbed version :p
The movie takes place during .hack//GU. it is pretty much a movie version of the game. it looks pretty epic.

Death Note (Live Action) :
a live action version of the hit Shonen anime Death Note. Set for american DVD release September 16



The second Death Note Movie is set for Theater release in the USA October 15 & 16 2008.

Movie 3 has not been scheduled for american release, although it released in japan earlier this year (2008), it most likely wont be coming to the US until sometime next year. the movie follows the last 20 or so days of L's life as he fights to solve 1 last case... it is more or less a spin-off of the death note series.

Not much has been said about this, but a while back there was rumor about a Hollywood horror movie with the death note theme, if not the story hollywood style.

Eureka Seven Movie:
Not much is known yet about this movie, but it is coming, it was announced this april that a movie was coming. i will have more info on this movie when the info comes.

Blood: The Last Vampire (Live Action Movie) :
Announced in 06 this movie follows Saya from Blood: The Last Vampire and a young girl she meets. more info will be said on this movie when it is out. all that is known on release is that it is scheduled for release in america in March of 2009.

okay, i picked up the death note movie yesterday, and it is truly amazing... i loved it. it didnt stay exactly with the story line from the anime, and thats what i liked about it...


Plus, i got it set up to see Death Note 2 for my birthday just gotta pay for the tickets once i decide who else is going

oh, it's playing in theatres? i though it would've gone straight to dvd.

i think the reeves thing is still a rumor, isnt it? (and im not really in the loop as far as when things are announced online, just in magazines :p)
